Delete From the App

You can also delete your account directly within Tutora:

  1. Open Tutora and go to Settings
  2. Tap on Profile
  3. Select Delete Account
  4. Confirm your decision when prompted

Delete on This Website

  • Tutors: enter your sign-in email below, then the verification code we email you.
  • Students: choose "I'm a student" and enter your Student ID and PIN. Forgot your PIN? Ask your tutor to reset it.
  • Parents and guardians: after withdrawing consent, you can delete your child's account from the consent record link in your confirmation email.

Important Information

  • This action is permanent and cannot be undone
  • All your data will be removed from our servers
  • The verification code expires after 10 minutes
  • Your account is deleted as soon as you confirm
  • Deleting a tutor account deletes its classrooms and everything in them
  • Guardian consent records are kept as proof (see the Privacy Policy)
